Project Overview
Jason Timmins, a customer based in York, contacted Project Company, seeking to transform his outdated kitchen and living room into a more modern, open-plan space.
Project Execution
Stage 1: Planning and initial work
Our team, led by Project Manager Oliver, met with Jason to understand his vision. To support this vision, we presented a detailed plan and a number of 3D renders giving him a number of ideas for the space. This ensured we were aligned with his expectations and the layout he had in mind.
The existing kitchen, living room, and bathroom fixtures were removed to make way for the new installations. Walls were adjusted to create an open-plan layout, enhancing the space’s flow and functionality.
Stage 2: Core renovations
Electrical and Plumbing: Our certified electricians and plumbers updated the wiring and plumbing systems to meet the plans and designs we were working towards. As with every project, our team ensure safety and efficiency during this process. For the downstairs bathroom, new fixtures, tiles, and modern amenities were installed, transforming the bathroom into a sleek and modern space. The kitchen was installed with custom cabinetry, countertops, and state-of-the-art appliances, creating a contemporary and practical kitchen area.
Stage 3: Finishing touches
For the doors, mini conservatory and fireplace media wall, stylish new doors were installed throughout the space. The custom fireplace media wall was constructed, providing a focal point and adding a touch of luxury to the living room. The space was brought to life with a beautiful pop of green on the walls to finish off the space.
As the project came to a close, the team made sure every detail was perfect, from aligning fixtures to ensuring seamless finishes, from floor to ceiling.
Project Completion
In just three weeks, we successfully transformed Jason Timmins’ home into a modern, open-plan area. The project was completed on time with a happy customer at the end of it!
